**Our Client**
We have been lucky enough to partner with this business for the last 15 years. They are of exceptional standing in the Mechanical contracting market, with excellent work standards and an enviable family culture. They are growing quickly in Perth and require the services of an project administratior with experience and interest in the commercial construction sector.
**The role on offer**
**Working with a great team of highly regarded industry professionals the duties of your role will include**:
- Provide high quality documents for general correspondence
- Maintain a tidy filing and archiving system
- Collate and ensure sign off on timesheets for payroll processing and job billing
- Assist the Project Management team with admin tasks.
- Set up jobs in the project management system
- Manage and adapt spreadsheets
- Create purchase orders, monitor variations and order consumables for the office.
- Setting up new projects within a Pronto accounting system, and providing ongoing reporting of project financials.
- Assisting with the generation and submission of OH&S; documentation
- Managing site employee inductions and ensuring that relevant licenses and certifications are current.
- Document control for project drawings & data.
- Liaising with the service department to move projects from construction to maintenance.
- General administrative functions to support the project delivery team.

In addition to a "can do" team attitude we are looking someone who possesses:
- A minimum of 2 years tenure in each of your last 2 roles - **essential**:
- Previous experience in a project administration role in the commercial construction industry - **essential**:
- Working without supervision but still working as part of the team.
- Follow Processes & Procedures.
- Understanding of Project life cycle (I.e. tender to Project handover)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good job stability in medium sized business.
- Strong experience in the microsoft suite especially excel
- Previous experience in Greenstar, OH&S;, labour planning and other construction documents advantageous but not essential
- Excellent all round IT skills
- Previous experience with timesheet compilation
- You are an Australian citizen or Permanent resident.
