We are seeking an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner or a Registered Nurse working towards this qualification to join our Drug and Alcohol Service. The role involves autonomous and collaborative advanced clinical practice, including assessments, diagnostics, prescribing, and referrals, within the framework of our service standards.
About the Role
This position is a 3-year temporary role aimed at developing high-level clinical expertise and autonomy, supporting the service while working towards endorsement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and develop clinical practice standards.
* Manage and care for clients using a high-quality, timely model of care.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Nurse Managers and Medical Directors.
* Support the development of clinical programs and education.

Requirements:
* A Master's degree or working towards it.
* Postgraduate qualifications or extensive experience in drug and alcohol nursing.
* A valid NSW Driver's Licence.
