Job Description
We are looking for a hungry, focused, and resilient hunter sales person with excellent collaboration and sales execution skills to grow our business across the ANZ market unit.
This role involves hunting for net new sales within a targeted list of strategic accounts. You will be entrepreneurial, excel at pipeline building, and closing new opportunities. Using a consultative, value-based selling approach, you will promote IFS's award-winning products and leverage our broader portfolio to deliver value to customers. Your industry knowledge and enterprise software sales expertise will help identify and qualify deals with both new and existing clients.
The position is within a high-growth, transformational market unit that is challenging industry standards and disrupting the global enterprise software space.
Our go-to-market strategy focuses on geographical and key industry verticals within a matrixed sales organization.
Responsibilities
* Sharpen sales execution skills continually
* Develop and implement the Go-To-Market Strategy for targeted industries
* Create and maintain Territory and Account Plans with deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps
* Manage the entire sales process: demand generation, understanding customer needs, managing RFI/RFP, building business cases, and closing deals
* Collaborate with partners to penetrate accounts, create joint sales strategies, and accelerate deal cycles
* Own annual sales targets and deliver quarterly results
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline, aiming for 4x pipeline coverage
* Coordinate with Sales leadership and global teams for collaboration
* Maintain CRM and account hygiene, along with sales reporting and forecasting
Qualifications
* Proven enterprise software sales experience with a focus on the assigned regions and industries
* Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and resilience
* Knowledge of CRM systems, committed to data accuracy
* Willingness to follow and improve sales processes, including forecasting
* Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
* Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
* Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization and build relationships
