Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Officer to join our team in providing technical support across multiple clinics. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of networking, infrastructure management, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms.
The role involves troubleshooting IT issues, implementing new systems, and providing excellent internal customer service. The position requires after-hours support and travel to various clinic locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Support:
* Provide technical assistance across levels 1, 2, and 3
* Support network and infrastructure operations
* Implement and upgrade system applications
* Deliver on-site and after-hours support
* Travel to various clinic locations as required
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in IT support with experience across levels 1, 2, and 3
* Experience with Best Practice Software is highly desirable
* Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, MCSA, or equivalent are highly desirable
* Proven experience with remote and on-site technical support, including after-hours availability
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various clinic locations
