The Opportunity
Our Services team provides 24/7 servicing for hospitals, utilities, data centers and more. With a growing project pipeline, this Electrical Projects Coordinator role supports a variety of electrical and related projects to deliver customer solutions across markets.
With diverse technical projects across Secure Power and Power Systems operations, expertise covers UPS, cooling, batteries, switchgear, circuit breakers and supporting products/services.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to support execution of varied technical projects, including Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Service Representatives, Planners, Contractors and other site‐specific stakeholders.
* Liaise with customers to understand technical requirements and provide specialist guidance on our portfolio of product solutions and services.
* Manage project documentation such as scopes of work, schedules, risk assessments, reporting and other internal processes or compliance requirements.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and deliver solutions.
* Provide hands‐on technical support during installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting phases.
* Maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications (Electrical, Engineering, Technical, Project Management, etc.) and proven experience in a similar Project Coordinator or Project Manager role.
* Intermediate IT skills, experience with project management tools and digital platforms.
* Background in coordinating technical projects, ideally within a large‐scale organisation.
* Strong stakeholder relationship skills and ability to achieve outcomes through people.
* Natural problem‐solving ability, leveraging technical knowledge to navigate complex challenges.
* Postgraduate qualifications viewed favorably.
