The Position
* Manage 115 properties with assistance
* Leasing agent to support leasing
* No PCRs
* Routines outsourced during busy periods
The Criteria
* Experience managing a portfolio
* A team player attitude, accountability & sense of humor
* Valid Real estate registration and driver\'s license
* High attention to detail & organisational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
