Base pay range
A$80,000.00/yr - A$100,000.00/yr
What we are looking for
* An experienced recruiter (3+ years) coming from a strong agency recruitment background. Open to sector change however experience in sales or marketing recruitment is preferred
* A track record of navigating and growing accounts - both existing relationships and new client contacts
* Ethical, value driven recruiter with a strong morale compass
* Can work well in a high performing, collaborative team
* Have the drive and attitude to be a high performer
* Good mix of IQ / EQ
Responsibilities
* Inherit a substantial customer base and work a dual desk across all Sales or Marketing Roles.
* Report to a hands-on Director who operates within the Executive space, passing on roles and relationships outside his remit.
* Expect a steady flow of live roles from day one.
* Focus on growing/expanding house/existing accounts and avoid new BD.
* Scale out existing PSA clients and build out your own business where appropriate.
* Work with a broad client base including Financial Services and C&I clients (e.g., Macquarie Bank, ASX, Ampol, Qantas, Woolies).

* Experience in recruitment with a strong agency background (3+ years preferred).
* Proven ability to navigate and grow accounts with existing relationships and new client contacts.
* Ethical, value-driven, with a strong morale compass.
* Ability to work well in a high-performing, collaborative team.
