About the role
* This role sits within the Design team, reporting to the BIM Manager
* You'll work under the guidance of a Design Excellence Coordinator and Project Design Lead, while confidently delivering documentation independently once tasks are assigned
* You'll support documentation across multiple projects, from early setup through to construction and As-Builts
What you'll be doing
* Produce accurate, consistent and construction-ready documentation across all project stages
* Set up projects in Revit, manage models and contribute to construction packs and As-Built documentation
* Work within established BIM workflows and documentation standards, while looking for opportunities to improve them
* Review and QA your own documentation before issuing for formal QA review
* Revise documentation efficiently in response to QA feedback, design changes and construction input
* Coordinate documentation with consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and buildability
* Apply a growing understanding of Australian Standards, NCC requirements and construction methodologies
* Balance collaborative work with periods of focused, independent documentation

Skills & experience
* Minimum 4 years' documentation experience, ideally within an architectural or commercial interiors practiceli>
* Intermediate to Advanced Revit proficiency
* Experience working within BIM workflows and processes
* Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (highly preferred)
* Basic understanding of AutoCAD
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
* Strong working knowledge of Australian Standards and the National Construction Code
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality documentation on time and within budget
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, even in high-pressure environments
* Collaborative and comfortable working across disciplines
* A self-starter who doesn't need constant direction
* Naturally inquisitive and committed to continuous improvement
* Meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to work
