We are looking for a Field Technician. You will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and assistance to our clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
Prior experience as a Field Technician or similar role.
Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Proficiency in setting up and configuring IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to different client environments.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
Knowledge of remote support tools and ticketing systems.
