The Opportunity As Area Manager, you will lead, support, and inspire a group of Centre Directors to deliver exceptional outcomes across compliance, occupancy, team engagement, and educational quality. Key Responsibilities Oversee the performance of multiple Early Learning Centres Coach and develop Centre Directors to achieve operational and quality targets Drive occupancy, financial performance, and budget management Ensure compliance with NQF, EYLF, and all regulatory requirements Lead quality improvement strategies and Assessment & Rating readiness Build strong relationships with families, communities, and internal stakeholders Support recruitment, retention, and workforce planning across your region About You Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or multi-site leader in Early Childhood Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF Commercially astute with a track record of improving occupancy and centre performance Inspirational leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Willingness to travel across your portfolio What’s On Offer Salary up to $140,000 Super Bonus Autonomy to lead your region with strong head office support A growing organisation with genuine career progression opportunities Supportive, collaborative leadership team Tools of trade travel allowance Why Apply?
