About the role: Managing a complex portfolio of commercial property, ISR and strata Using your technical claims ability to manage high quantum claims Interpreting and applying policy wording Owning the claim and speaking to stakeholders to resolve issues Managing the claims process efficiently Making determinations on claims, working within the authority level Negotiating outcomes, gaining support from all parties Validate and determine new claims coverage Assisting clients with claims enquiries including assistance with interpreting policy wordings What you will bring to the role: Experience in commercial property claims management A good understanding of policy wording and guidelines Your team approach, happy to share information and help others A passion for the work you do, with strong client servicing skills In return: You will have the support of a strong manager, who cares about the team culture You will be working in a highly interesting claims role, expanding your technical expertise and growing your skills 2 days/week work from home Salary up to $120k package To find out more about this opportunity, please forward your resume or contact Lorraine on 0450 630 009
