Job Title: Office Support Specialist
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role involves general office management, including facility maintenance and contributing to a positive work environment.
The successful candidate will assist the commercial manager with tasks related to job administration, prepare communications, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence. They will also be responsible for managing IT issues, ownership of employee timesheet submission, organizing job accommodations, and company social events, as well as onboarding new staff and document processing.
