We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team.

This is an entry-level position based in Bundaberg, Queensland. As a full-time employee, you will have flexible work arrangements available.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in delivering accurate and timely finance operations that support our national services from our office in Bundaberg.


Key Responsibilities:

* Entering accurate and timely data for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
* Processing of weekly payment runs, bank account, and credit card transfers, payments, coding, and reconciliations.
* Managing debtor collections and associated reporting.
* Processing and monitoring customer budget funding requests.
* Providing administrative support for all bank account and credit card requirements.
* Assisting in meeting internal and external reporting deadlines.
* Fixed asset capitalisation and depreciation processing.


About You:

* A strong understanding of financial administration principles and practices.
* General Bookkeeping skills are desirable but not essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
* Demonstrated time-management and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook.
* A current unencumbered Class C Drivers Licence is essential.
* Hold or willing to obtain an approved WWC.
* Proactive, accurate, and detail-orientated with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
* Able to meet deadlines for reports, reconciliations, or audits.
* A team player with professional and positive personal presence.
