Job Opportunity: Support Role in Automotive Industry
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to fill a support role within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, coordinating stock orders, data entry, pricing, and invoicing.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration and/or accounts support, with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer enquiries and provide friendly, solutions-focused support
* Coordinate stock orders, data entry, pricing, and invoicing
* Prepare and send quotes to retail customers
* Assist with processing and fulfilling online orders
* Support the finance team with payment verification, remittances, and reconciliations
* Provide administrative assistance to internal teams and Account Managers
Requirements:
* Previous experience in administration and/or accounts support (preferred)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting
* A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to grow
