The Role
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the vehicle servicing process. This includes managing bookings, providing updates, and coordinating service activities to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Acting as the main liaison between customers and the service department.
* Handling service bookings, schedules, and repair orders.
* Communicating vehicle service updates and timelines to customers.
* Providing expert advice on recommended maintenance and repairs.
* Ensuring customers are fully informed about costs, services, and completion times.
* Coordinating with technicians and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle brands and services.
* Addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of dealership software systems.
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach to customer service.
* Knowledge of the automotive industry is highly regarded but not essential.
