Our client is a leading provider of industrial safety products and services across Australia, offering customers top-tier solutions and exceptional service.
We are currently seeking a customer focused Warehouse/Storeperson to join our clients Karratha team. This position is suited to people who have strong customer service and administration skills along with warehousing or labouring experience.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service both over the counter and via phone.
* Process customer online orders accurately and efficiently.
* Ensure accurate data entry and documentation management.
* Load and unload vehicles.
* Receive and dispatch orders from the warehouse.
Qualifications
* Customer-focused with a strong passion for providing excellent service.
* Results-driven with experience in customer service and administration.
* Fast learner with the ability to pick up new systems.
* Confident, enthusiastic, and a team player.
* Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to maintain professional standards and work attire.
* A strong level of fitness with the ability to complete manual handling tasks.
* Warehouse and pick packing experience (desirable).
This will be an ongoing position for the right candidate.
