The RoleAs an Account Executive (Assistant to the Account Manager/Broker), you will be responsible for comprehensively supporting an (amazing) Account Manager to manage their commercial client portfolio. This will include:
* Supporting the Account Manager with all facets of insurance broking spanning renewals, endorsements, new business, claims management, account remarketing, report management, and administration
* Promoting customer retention by maintaining regular contact with clients and delivering exceptional support
* Assisting with policy renewals including gathering information, indentifying risks, negotiating terms, and preparing and issuing policy documents
* Assisting with the settlement of claims
* Developing quotations, policy documents, reporting and other documentation
* Managing associated administration tasks, as required
What You'll Need
In order to succeed in this role, you will require the following:
* Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualification
* Previous experience within the insurance sector, or similar
* Strong client relationship management and communication skills
* Well developed critical thinking skills
* Experience in using financial services software (e.g. Insight, Sunrise, SVU)
Completion of a Diploma Financial Services - Insurance Broking would be considered advantageous, but is not essential.
