This is a key leadership opportunity to oversee site performance, ensure contractual compliance, and develop action plans for improvement. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and frontline security personnel to deliver high-quality services and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Performance: Monitor and control costs, invoicing, and rate structure changes while maintaining regular communication with customers and internal teams.
2. Financials and Reporting: Analyze financial data, identify variances, and implement cost controls to ensure efficient service delivery.
3. Workforce Planning: Optimize staffing levels, recruit and train staff, and maintain a relief pool to address workforce fluctuations.
4. WHS Compliance: Enforce safe work practices, conduct risk assessments, and promote a safety-focused culture.
Requirements and Skills
* Minimum 3 years of experience in client or account management
* At least 5 years of proven experience in the security industry delivering comparable outcomes (desirable)
* Diploma or Certificate IV in Security Risk Management (desirable)
* Diploma or Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS) (desirable)
* Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, or a related discipline (advantageous)
