We are seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to join a well-established organisation within the wholesale and distribution sector, supporting a key business unit within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This temporary position is an excellent opportunity for a Food Science graduate or someone with experience in sales support or customer service to gain exposure to a dynamic commercial setting. About the Role You will play a key role in supporting efficient customer and supplier management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to business growth. Responsibilities include: Maintaining and updating supplier and product documentation Supporting pricing, quotations, and general sales support activities Assisting with forecasting, planning, and customer data accuracy Managing stock, contracts, and master data for customers and suppliers Coordinating sample requests, deliveries, and supporting product launches Handling customer communications, queries, and complaint resolution Supporting process improvement and service excellence initiatives About You Qualification in Food Science, Science, Marketing, or Commerce preferred Experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role advantageous Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines Confident using MS Office; SAP or CRM exposure highly regarded Full availability to work in the office Why Join This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team within a well-established organisation, offering exposure to a broad range of commercial and customer-facing activities.
