Our client operates an Aboriginal Medical Service in Canberra, ACT, providing culturally competent, community-focused healthcare to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and culturally competent Clinical Director in Canberra, ACT. You'll lead clinical services within a holistic model of care integrating physical, social, and emotional wellbeing, providing mentorship and clinical leadership across the team. A minimum of 5 years' experience in addiction medicine and clinical leadership is required, along with a strong understanding of the health issues impacting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in an urban environment. You'll work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders.
* Location: Canberra, ACT
* Contract: 12-month fixed term with view to permanent
* Salary: $400,000+ + super
* Access to salary packaging benefits
* Hours: Monday – Friday
* Minimum 5 years' experience in addiction medicine and clinical leadership required
