Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented Agronomist to join our team. As an Agronomist, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of vegetation management strategies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-field agronomic assessments of sporting fields (e.g., football, cricket) to identify turf health issues such as weeds, pests, and diseases.
* Use field instruments to measure and record key turf parameters, including surface hardness, compaction, moisture content, and more.
* Assist in turf composition analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills in turf management, agronomy, and field research.
Requirements:
* Degree or Diploma in Science, Agronomy, Horticulture or Agriculture.
* Current drivers licence & own vehicle.
* Grass and Weed ID Skills.
* Enthusiastic and reliable.
* Ability to work independently.
* Motivated team player.
