About the position
Based in Ipswich, we are seeking a dedicated Client Facilitator who is passionate about ensuring the delivery of high-quality supports for our young clients. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Children’s Services, the successful candidate will supervise and support program leads, to provide individualized care and support to children with various developmental and physical needs in a safe and inclusive environment. This position will assist the Senior Manager to coordinate services and ensure a seamless experience for our clients and their families from start to finish. Strong administrative and time management skills are essential as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate client records, activity planning and supporting operational processes.
Key Accountabilities include:
* Champion client administration for children's services and routinely undertake client file reviews to ensure information is up to date and accurate using client management system and electronic client files.
* Provide supervision and support to program leaders
* Ensuring day to day program activities are designed, resourced and delivered in a stimulating and flexible manner to meet the unique needs and developmental goals of each child.
* Communicate effectively with children, families and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
* Assist with client intakes ensuring all relevant information is captured and assessed appropriately
* Monitor and document each child’s progress and behaviour, reporting any concerns to your manager.
* Responding to situations as they arise, including undertaking on the spot risk assessments and implementing reasonable controls to maintain health and safety standards that provide for the safety of self and others.
* Support and review incidents working with Quality and Compliance team as required
* Willingness to provide direct client support in ratio from time to time

Strong organisational, communication and exceptional customer service skills are key attributes needed in the role. 2+ years' of demonstrated experience in a similar position, ideally within the community services sector will contribute towards your success.
Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Child Care, disability support and/or business administration will be highly regarded.
* Good decision-making and communication skills ensuring effective supports and incident response.
* Strong administration skills and comfortable with using digital tools
* Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Blue Card & Yellow / NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Card
* Completion of NDIS online worker training modules
* Strong work ethic and good reliability
This position is offered on a minimum 20 hour per week part time basis Monday to Friday with some flexibility around pattern of work.
