🔧 About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our workshop. You’ll ensure each customer receives outstanding service, while keeping our workshop running smoothly and efficiently.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting customers and managing service bookings.
- Explaining mechanical and tyre services in simple, clear language.
- Preparing accurate quotes and invoices.
- Liaising with mechanics to ensure jobs are completed on time.
- Keeping customers updated throughout the service process.
- Providing friendly after-service care to build long-term relationships.
👤 About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Organised, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks.
- Knowledgeable about cars and tyres (preferred but not essential – training provided).
- Confident using computers and service management software.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
