Store Manager position
Farmer Jack’s Supermarkets are a WA based independent supermarket, currently with 11 stores both North and South of Perth and we are now expanding our offer and we are looking for Enthusiastic Store Managers to join our team.
As Store Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the business and a highly experienced retail skilled, accountable for all aspects of your store.
What is required from you in this role is a genuine passion and enthusiasm for Retail and merchandising, an enthusiasm in managing and leading your team to deliver on agreed results and standards.
This is a hands-on Fulltime salary roll offering 45 hours per week and you will report directly to the Store Advisor.
Duties include but are not limited to
- Ability to coach, Lead and manage your team for success.
- Maximising sales and profit in the store.
- Controlling costs.
- Ensuring all company policies and procedures are being adhered to.
- Effective ordering and merchandising. Receiving, replenishing and maintaining high standards of stock presentation in the store.
- Juggling multiple things at once, motivating others and keeping calm under pressure.
- Controlling Shrinkage and Markdowns within all departments.
- Stock control and stocktakes.
- Providing the highest level of customer service.
Experience in similar role preferred
