Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Customer Service Expert to join our team in Virginia, QLD. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service and expert sales support to clients across the automotive industry.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to clients via phone, email and in-person interactions
* Utilising your extensive product knowledge to identify the right car spare parts for customer needs
* Processing orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery
* Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers
* Upselling complementary products to increase sales
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in the Automotive Car Spare Parts industry
* Extensive knowledge of car spare parts, accessories and their applications
* A great knowledge of car parts wholesalers and vehicle models
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
