The Opportunity
Based in St Marys, you will be the technical "backbone" of our Sales and Marketing team. This is a pivotal role where you will translate complex product data into compelling narratives, helping our customers make confident investment decisions for Australia's most complex rail networks.
What You'll Do
* Lead Proposals & Tenders: Create high-quality responses for machine sales, upgrades, and overhauls.
* Technical Storytelling: Translate engineering specs into professional language for executive stakeholders.
* Lifecycle Management: Support asset condition assessments and long‐term maintenance strategies.
* Client Engagement: Foster reliable connections with major Australian rail operators.
About You
* Qualified: Tertiary degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or related).
* Experienced: 5–10 years in a technical, engineering, or operational role.
* Communicator: Exceptional written English with the ability to produce rigorous technical reports.
* Detail‐Oriented: Skilled at interpreting technical drawings and machine data.
* Rail industry experience (track geometry/tamping) is highly regarded.
