Overview
An exciting role exists for a Property Consultant (Leasing Manager / Field Agent) to join our office located at Woolloongabba servicing the Southside of Brisbane to the Gold Coast. This full‑time role runs Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, and offers variety in your day as you spend much of your time on the road, managing and visiting properties within your portfolio. We are a family owned specialist Property Management company looking for a person with a genuine passion.
Key Attributes
* High level of communication – both written & verbal
* Comfortable working in a team environment – relaying feedback & working together with other team members
* Physically fit – this role requires driving & moving for rent signs as required
* Positive 'can do' attitude
* Able to work autonomously
Responsibilities
* Property viewings
* Liaising with prospective tenants to find them a suitable property (providing a high level of service)
* Routine inspections
* Entry Condition Reports
* Exit Condition Reports
Qualifications
* Real Estate Certificate
* Active MANUAL Driver's license
* Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday (never more than 5 days a week)
* Experience working in the Real Estate Industry is highly advantageous, but training will be provided
