About The Role
Our Governance, Risk and Compliance team is expanding and we are seeking dedicated professionals to join our vast community of solvers. You'll assist our clients in gaining confidence in how they effectively manage organisational risks, including risks in program design, implementation and delivery. Our work involves designing, implementing, and delivering digitally-enabled assurance, compliance, regulatory and risk management frameworks across organisations or within specific policy programs.
You'll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
* Governance, risk and compliance
* Leading projects including the planning, testing, reviewing and reporting stages on large and complex client engagements
* Lead and contribute to large and small scale projects throughout the year
* Work closely with your teams to develop their skills and grow from a personal and professional perspective; a passion for coaching and development
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong time management skills and well developed research and problem solving skills
In our GRC team, your impact will be seen by:
* Partnering with our clients on their large transformation programs to mitigate the regulatory and compliance risks they face
* Developing risk management strategies for our clients to drive compliance and strengthen their existing processes and controls
* Identifying priority areas of risk and process improvement for our clients by understanding their strategy, objectives, risks, control frameworks, systems and regulatory environment
* Helping our clients to navigate an evolving risk and regulatory landscape by developing and executing test plans, identifying control effectiveness and improvements and reporting these in an impactful way

The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 85,700.00 including superannuation. Manager/Senior Manager/Director positions will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.
A candidate's final salary will be determined based on the skills and experience that the candidate brings
