The Role
Work closely with a leading Partner within a high performing Property team.
This role offers hands-on experience across all facets of Property law including exciting developments, providing innovative legal solutions and engaging with multinational clients.
We are looking for a well-organised team player who is committed to developing their legal career within a busy and supportive Property team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of legal documents
- Manage legal files from instruction to completion
- Liaise with clients and third parties
- File documents and record deeds with relevant government agencies
- Conduct research and assist with due diligence as required
Skills & Expertise
- Minimum 1 year experience within Real Estate/Property law or a similar area at a law firm
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks and meet competing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- A motivated, diligent, and enthusiastic approach to your work
