About the Role

Join Hilti as an Account Manager. Drive growth and deliver innovative solutions for construction leaders. Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts across ACT, owning a work schedule that suits you and your customers. Build sales through maintaining customer relationships, demonstrating our latest tools on the spot, and providing high‐level customer consultation. Embark on a career as an Account Manager at Hilti.

What You'll Do

* Build relationships: meet customers daily to capture business opportunities and create value through long‐term, profitable relationships.
* Time and Territory Management: create a daily schedule, including presence on job sites and client offices, to optimise client potential and sales productivity.
* Be a Hilti Champion: carry technical knowledge to present high‐level customer consultations in your defined territory and represent the Hilti brand in the market.
* Track progress: use Salesforce to record interactions and reporting.

What You'll Bring

* Previous experience in any customer‐facing sales role.
* Construction industry experience highly advantageous.
* Eagerness to learn, motivation, and capability to work independently.
* Hands‐on attitude; demonstrate tools, use platforms such as Salesforce, collaborate with departments.
* Time management, planning, and prioritisation skills.
* Valid full Australian driver's licence (company car provided).
* Engineering qualification or construction industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
