Key Job Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to ensure optimal product placement and inventory levels. * Lead cross-functional teams through the monthly Sales and Operations Planning forum, driving alignment between sales, product, marketing, and finance. * Manage the Open-to-Buy process to maximize profitability and cash flow. * Create allocation and replenishment strategies to boost sales, improve stock turnover, and satisfy customers. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in lingerie, undergarments, or apparel, with a strong track record of managing large SKUs or multi-SKU products. * Proven expertise in the S&OP process, including leading meetings and driving business outcomes. * A natural leader and mentor, capable of guiding and developing team members.
