**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As Marketing Manager, you will work with a collaborative team to develop, implement and deliver on the marketing strategy for Konnect Fastening Systems and Artia Cabinet Hardware. You will lead the development and oversight of the strategic marketing plan in partnership with business leaders.
**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Lead the development and oversight of the overall strategic marketing plan;
- Develop, execute and manage a digital marketing strategy;
- Develop a marketing policy, procedure and processes for efficiency and ROI;
- Develop effective, branded marketing communications across website, print communication and advertising;
- Execute marketing campaigns including coordinating and ensuring successful production and quality control;
- Provide business support with new branches, relocations and trade store upgrades through project delivery;
- Plan, manage and attend events such as trade shows as required;
- Establish benchmarks and proactively track, monitor, and analyse how the various marketing programs and initiatives are driving leads and building brand awareness;
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate marketing funds appropriately.
**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Marketing or other relevant discipline;
- Prior experience in B2B marketing highly desirable;
- Be an expert in Google Analytics and experience with detailed analysis and reporting;
- Experience in project management and proficient in project management tools;
- Possess advanced business acumen with finance and P&L experience in budget preparation and delivery;
- Be a team player and work collaboratively across all departments to meet goals and deadlines;
- Be an exceptional communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence others;
- Strong interpersonal skills and extensive background in stakeholder management is a must.
