POSITION
* Provide therapeutic case management using the FFT-TCM model to reduce risk of harm and strengthen family functioning.
* Ensure all the services you deliver are achieving outcomes expected through the intentional delivery of the FFT-TCM model.
* Attend FFT-TCM team meetings, supervision, and coaching sessions to ensure practice meets fidelity standards. This includes participating in both formal and informal training sessions, and various other development and continuous improvement processes.
* Complete systematic assessments of family needs using prescribed clinical measures.
* Full-time, Government funded position until 30 September 2026 with possible extension.
* Level 5 under the SCHCADS award.
* Open to all suitably experienced internal candidates.
