This role involves coordinating correspondence, meetings, and records management, as well as preparing reports and responses. You will also be responsible for drafting standard responses and supporting the team with meeting coordination, minute taking, and records management.
Our ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, great attention to detail and time management, and experience in coordinating meetings and documenting outcomes. They must also have a collaborative, proactive approach and good judgement, as well as demonstrated experience working within a legislative or regulatory framework.
