We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive sales growth in Australia & New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing key customer accounts, driving sales performance, and engaging the market to generate new opportunities.
The successful Sales Representative will work closely with our Country Manager Australia to develop and execute strategies that meet or exceed sales targets. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with key customers, driving sales performance through territory forecasting and executing strategies to retain and acquire customers.
In addition to these core responsibilities, the Sales Representative will be responsible for proactively engaging the market including shipyards, ship owners, agents, and consultants to secure early-phase project leads. They will also be expected to deliver commercial excellence by preparing accurate tenders/offers, maintaining deep product knowledge, and monitoring competition and industry trends.
To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related technical field, and at least 2–3 years of proven B2B sales experience in heavy equipment/life-saving appliances/maritime/offshore. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
