Billing Team Lead
Lead a high-performing team of billing specialists to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
* Oversee the performance of a team of ~12 billing specialists.
* Conduct regular coaching sessions, provide feedback and implement action plans to improve performance.
* Support hiring, onboarding and training new team members to enhance team capabilities.
This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on management to drive process improvements and customer experience enhancements.
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the billing team, ensuring timely issue resolution and quality service delivery.
* Develop and implement processes to streamline billing workflows and reduce errors.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall efficiency and customer experience.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of leadership experience in a call center environment and proficiency in Salesforce, Stripe, Five9, and Verint software applications.
