Your responsibilities will include
* Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
* Managing repairs and maintenance requests
* Assisting with lease renewals and rental increase recommendations
* Liaising with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
* Supporting the day‐to‐day management of the portfolio
* Working within a task-based environment focused on service and efficiency
About You
* Minimum 12 months of experience in residential property management
* Certificate of Registration essential
* Reliable car and driver's licence required
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Professional presentation and a positive attitude
* Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
* Experience with systems such as RP Data or similar CRM platforms preferred
