**Who We Are**

As a Queensland-owned and operated company with offices along the east coast of Australia, we have a **rapidly growing** & **energetic team** consisting of administrators, schedulers, technicians, and sales managers. We are looking for a **meticulous**, **detail-oriented** **Service Coordinator** to assist our **East Brisbane office**. This role will see you working in our East Brisbane office where you'll be in charge of **liaising with customers**, **scheduling jobs**, following up with technicians throughout the day and **ensuring works are completed**. Additionally, **you will represent the Sure Power team with professionalism**, build meaningful relationships with our customers, **promote Sure Power's offerings**, and ultimately **achieve a high level of customer satisfaction**.

**What Is Required;**
- Scheduling technicians both daily & well in advance.
- Keeping track of current & upcoming jobs from our clients.
- Monitoring services being provided and staying up to date with daily activities.
- Swiftly respond and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensuring technician reports are completed and uploaded to SimPro.
- Proficient use of SimPro & Microsoft 365.
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Advocating for adequate, timely, and cost-effective services and responding to any issues that occur during the delivery of services.
- Assessing the service needs of the customer and providing the appropriate solution.
- Following up with customers regularly to assess and ensure their satisfaction.
- Evaluating the overall service level and implementing continuous improvement tactics.

**What's On Offer**

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $59,999.00 per year

Schedule:
