About the role

The Student Support Hub Advisor will provide front‐line support for students by delivering high‐quality administrative assistance and responding to general enquiries across a range of student services. Working collaboratively within the Student Support Hub and reporting to the National Manager, Student Support Hub, the position helps ensure the Hub operates smoothly and efficiently on a day‐to‐day basis. This role requires availability five days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply University policies and procedures accurately, escalating complex matters when required.
* Record student interactions in the CRM system while maintaining privacy and confidentiality standards.
* Deliver professional, respectful, and inclusive customer service to students and the wider community.
* Collaborate with University departments and support teams to provide timely and coordinated student support.
* Meet individual and team targets through effective task management and teamwork.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and the student experience.
* Perform other reasonable duties and comply with all University policies and procedures.

Qualifications, skills & experience

* Completion of a diploma‐level qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, or training.
* Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, preferably within the tertiary education sector or a similar environment.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team and engage positively with stakeholders.
* Well‐developed organisational skills with the ability to use initiative and sound judgement while managing competing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
* Ability to provide high‐quality customer service to students and University stakeholders by delivering accurate information, maintaining confidentiality, and working respectfully in diverse environments.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
* Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate, high‐quality documentation with strong attention to detail.
