About the Role
This SDR role offers a blend of outbound sales, event-based prospecting, and account-based targeting. You’ll work closely with Account Executives to build targeted campaigns, book high-quality meetings, and drive new business outcomes.
Key Facts About the Role:
* Target: Help build out $750K in pipeline revenue
* Deal Sizes: $45K to $150K
* Sales Cycle: 2 to 6 months
* Commission: 2.5% on deals originated plus $2,500 quarterly bonus for 5+ qualified meetings/week
* Coaching: Full-cycle sales training with exposure to senior sales leaders
Key Responsibilities
* Source and qualify leads from the enterprise tech space
* Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls
* Book discovery meetings and coordinate handoff to Account Executives
* Attend industry events and represent the company on-site
* Maintain up-to-date CRM data and call records
Ideal Skills and Experience
* Prior experience in admin, sales support, or customer-facing roles
* Ambitious and eager to grow into a full-cycle sales role
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Bonus if you’ve worked in B2B sales, events, or tech

Compensation & Benefits
* Base Salary: $70K to $80K + Super
* OTE: $100K to $110K
* Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 from home
* Unique exposure to executive-level events and leaders
