Job Opportunity
Seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Administration Officer Level 3. This is a leave-relief position within our organization, with work based at Belmore within the Centralised Intake Unit when not relieving.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide front-of-house customer service to clients and staff for Day Services and Residential referrals and bookings.
* Complete administrative tasks, including health fund management.
Requirements
1. Experience with reception and administrative procedures, including switchboard operation.
2. High-level communication and public relations skills.
3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex tasks.
4. Proficiency in Word and Excel, including data entry.
5. Experience with CERNER or willingness to learn.
6. Basic knowledge of medical records procedures or willingness to learn.
7. Good interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
8. Effective written communication skills.
