Business development representative

Job Overview


The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth and customer engagement within the power tool/hand tool industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting products through demonstrations and instructing both retail customers and end users in their use.



Key Responsibilities:



* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share

* Engage with end-users and distributors to build strong relationships and identify business opportunities

* Conduct product training and demonstrations at various events and locations

* Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance and customer interactions

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

* Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the power tool/hand tool industry

* Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage with diverse audiences

* Confidence and interest in learning about the hardware industry and its specifications

* Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively

* Excellent planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
