The Role
As an System Administrator, you will provide dedicated, high-touch technical support to senior executives and their teams. This is a highly visible and relationship-driven role where no two days will be the same due to the IT administrative requests.
You will ensure seamless and secure IT support across offices, private residences, and sometimes operations overseas. Your professionalism, adaptability, and discretion will be critical to success, as you operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where anticipation and proactive problem-solving are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver IT Administrative tasks at a executive-level across the office, home, and traveling environments
- Coordinate IT service continuity for executive travel
- Support and maintain IT systems, hardware, and personal devices for senior leaders
- Contribute to IT project delivery and recommend solutions aligned to evolving needs
- Travel with executives when required to provide onsite technical assistance
- Offer flexible, on-demand IT support, including occasional coverage across different time zones.
The Person
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
- Robust expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- Skilled in mobile device management and troubleshooting international roaming issues
- Experience supporting video conferencing platforms (Zoom Rooms, MS Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex)
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and high-pressure situations calmly and professionally
- Current WA driver’s license.
