Join our team as a Residential Property Manager where you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential property. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of building management are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
As a key member of our team, you will ensure that all buildings under your care receive regular maintenance and upkeep to prevent any damage or issues from arising. This includes conducting regular inspections of common areas and facilities, maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, invoices, and service agreements, as well as coordinating and supervising contractors and service providers.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also handle resident enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and timely. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all residents feel valued and supported throughout their stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A valid Australian driver's licence is essential for this role.
* You should have experience as a Building Manager.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is necessary for effective communication and record-keeping.
* Customer service experience is highly valued in this role.
* A current Police Check (National Police Certificate) is required for this position.
