About The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll take ownership of major retail accounts representing a significant portion of the business. You'll be responsible for developing and executing account strategies, leading commercial negotiations, and driving growth across ranging, promotions, and product development initiatives. The role requires a strong in‐market presence, working closely with customers while collaborating internally to ensure execution across all touchpoints. With dedicated admin support, you'll balance both the strategic and day‐to‐day elements of account management, while also contributing to broader business improvement and turnaround initiatives.
About You
You'll bring experience managing major grocery accounts, particularly Coles and/or Woolworths within an FMCG environment. Exposure to short shelf‐life categories will be highly regarded. You're someone who thrives in a hands‐on setting, is commercially astute, and comfortable navigating a fast‐paced, evolving business. A proactive mindset, strong relationship‐building skills, and the ability to move between strategy and execution will set you up for success in this role.
