Delicatessen Leadership Role
As a Retail Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the deli department. You will take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and community.
This role requires effective management skills to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
Maintaining excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control are essential.
Driving a one-team culture which celebrates success and puts our team members' health, safety and wellbeing first is critical.
Delighting our customers with an outstanding shopping experience is vital.
Key Qualifications:
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
* Direct/indirect leadership experience as you'll need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
