About the opportunity
* Supervise and coordinate site operations to deliver work safely, on time and to quality standards, including planning, scheduling, permits, audits and progress reporting.
* Lead and promote a strong Safety, Health & Environment culture, ensuring compliance with Altrad Golden Rules and assisting continuous improvement in safety performance.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with the client and internal stakeholders, providing clear communication, proactive problem‐solving and a strong customer‐focused approach.
* Drive operational excellence through workforce leadership, performance monitoring, resource planning, material coordination, and support of continuous improvement initiatives.
* Develop and support teams by providing coaching, mentoring, training, and inclusive leadership while ensuring productivity, quality, and cost‐effective outcomes.
About you
* 5+ years site‐based experience in energy, mining, and/or construction industry.
* Experience in Oil & Gas / LNG industry is highly desirable.
* Relevant qualifications such as Cert IV in Frontline Leader Foundations Training, a nationally recognised Sheet Metal Fabrication trade certificate, First Aid qualification, and insulation inspection qualifications (e.g., CINI, ICorr 2) are desirable.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare clear work reports and job instructions, and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Confident leader and team player with the ability to positively influence, mentor and support site‐based work crews.
* Sound computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook, with the flexibility and willingness to undertake a broad range of on‐site and off‐site tasks as required.
