Electrical Construction Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to oversee electrical construction activities across site.
This role plays a key leadership position in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of electrical construction projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical works across multiple contractors, ensuring compliance, safety, quality, and progress in line with project and operational requirements.
* Supervise and support multiple contracting companies on site
* Review and accept Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
* Conduct punch list walkdowns and quality checks
* Manage isolation requirements and ensure safe systems of work
* Review and interpret electrical and construction drawings
* Liaise with Superintendents, site teams, contractors, and stakeholders
* Coordinate with commissioning teams for handover activities
* Conduct field leadership interactions and promote a safety culture
* Ensure compliance with internal BMS and HSE obligations
* Report hazards/incidents and follow established safety protocols
* Mentor and support workforce capability and team development
