As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the Store Manager to coach, develop and mentor the store team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coaching and developing the store team to achieve exceptional customer service and drive outstanding store sales
* Providing a unique rotating roster that supports work-life balance

* Previous experience in a retail sales environment with a passion for delivering customer service that exceeds expectations
