Join our Adelaide Wealth team as an Associate Advisor working directly with a Partner and senior advisors. You'll help deliver thoughtful, high-touch advice across a wide variety of client groups, including sophisticated HNW/UHNW families and Protective Trust clients - work that calls for sound judgement, professionalism and care.
Day to day, expect variety: financial modelling and portfolio construction, preparing advice documents and meeting packs, then rolling up your sleeves on transitions, cash management and corporate actions as the team onboards new clients and scales. We are open to a range of backgrounds. You may be an Associate Advisor, Client Service Manager, Paraplanner, Financial Planning Associate or early-career professional with experience in financial services, professional services or private wealth. What matters most is your genuine interest in wealth management, strong attention to detail, learning agility and commitment to building a long-term career in advice.
As you develop, there may be opportunities to take on more responsibility, including managing a small client set under supervision. Progression toward Senior Associate is supported, as your capability grows and business needs allow.
